Cancellation Policy

Thank you for scheduling an appointment with me!

Please note, it takes time to generate a chart and  pre-work beforehand to provide you with the most optimal reading.

Understandably, life happens and you may not be able to make your appointment. Spots are limited and bookings are made weeks and months in advance so it may be difficult to reschedule with a last minute cancellation or no show.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please complete minimum 24 hours in advance.

Late Arrivals:

If you are late for your appointment, your reading will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no show and no refund will be provided.

No-Show Policy:

Clients who do not show up for an appointment forfeit the session and no refund will be provided.

Refund Policy:

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided except in the case the practitioner needing to cancel the appointment and rescheduling is not available at the time.
