Each session includes preparation and review of the materials you submit in advance. This allows our time together to be focused, intentional, and aligned with what you’re building.
Prior to your session, you’ll be asked to provide an intake form, a defined set of business details, such as names, offerings, or messaging you’d like reviewed. Submitting this information ahead of time ensures deeper insight, clearer guidance, and a more effective session.
Because this work involves energetic and frequency-based analysis, preparation is an essential part of the process and not something added on afterward.
This form MUST be submitted before sessions. This ensures all necessary information is received in advance so your session can be fully prepared and focused. Please complete the intake form first*. Once submitted, you may proceed to schedule your session.
*The only time you do not need to fill the form out first is for new clients only. Their first session is a Soul Contract Reading. This form will be submitted for other sessions.

This service is designed for business owners, creatives, and practitioners at any stage of business. It supports newer businesses seeking clearer alignment and intentional growth, as well as established businesses that feel stalled, misaligned, or no longer fully reflective of their direction.

Yes. A Soul Contract Reading is required before any business optimization work so your business language can be aligned with your core frequencies. If you’ve already had a Soul Contract Reading, we can move directly into the Business Name Alignment package.
If you have not, the new client Full Business Alignment package includes a Soul Contract Reading as the first step, ensuring everything we optimize is built on a clear and aligned foundation.
You’ll be asked to submit the names, wording, or areas of your business you’d like reviewed, along with the date submitted and a brief description of what you’re working on. This allows time for preparation and a more focused session or review.
You’re encouraged to submit as many name options as you’re currently working with. This process works best when there are multiple possibilities to compare, refine, and align.
Clients are responsible for providing the names, wording, or options they want reviewed. I do not generate names, but rather help you identify which options are most aligned and supportive of your business. In general, the more context and options you provide, the clearer and more refined the outcome.
For package sessions, all reviews are conducted through live sessions so we can discuss the findings in real time and ensure full integration.
For retainer clients, you may choose between a live session or a recorded review, depending on the scope of what you’re submitting and how you prefer to receive the information. Please indicate your preference when submitting your materials.
For package sessions, an intake form must be completed at the time of booking. This allows adequate time to review and prepare before your scheduled live session.
For retainer requests, preparation time varies based on the amount of material submitted. In most cases, reviews are completed within 1–3 business days to ensure adequate preparation and a more productive session or recording.
Package sessions are scheduled based on availability, with intentional space between sessions to allow for integration, testing, and preparation.
Sessions are not held back-to-back. Timing varies depending on schedules and the scope of work, but sessions are typically spaced with several business days or weeks in between to ensure adequate preparation and a more productive experience.
Submissions may be made as long as you have available hours remaining in your monthly retainer. After each review, you’ll be informed of the time used and how much time remains.
To keep the process focused and effective, each submission should align with the scope and available time of your retainer. Larger or more complex submissions may use more time, while smaller requests may require less.
Alignment is not always immediate. Sometimes clarity deepens as the work unfolds, which is why packages include multiple sessions to support refinement and integration as new information comes forward. If additional support is needed beyond what’s included, extra time can be booked at the hourly rate or applied toward a retainer.
Because this work involves preparation, charting, and energetic review that begins once materials are submitted, all services are non-refundable.
